My work is engaged in a perception humans have of themselves. The Underground Tunnels of New York, like a theatrical scene, captures modern life with all the good and bad that carries within. Every person is an element of our condition. Every person is very important.  We build a social map of our existence.I see people who respectfully work very hard, lonely individuals who don’t feel free, expressive teenagers begging for acknowledgment, women who control their intimacy, self-centered power,  dreamers who will die, no gender peace, invisible homeless,  and children who will carry us down the road.

I can’t resist looking. My empathy is calm and content. I want to make sure everything is documented the way I understand it.
